That does not make NYU a bad school, but it's inaccurate to compare NYU to Harvard or Stanford. For example for business programs getting a business degree from Columbia for about the same tuition or from the NY public university system for about a quarter of the tuition is the better decision IMO as NYU is overpriced and overrated.
