Can be done for multiple sets without generating too much overall fatigue (with good stimulus-fatigue ratio). Squats unlike many other exercises is arguably the exercise done for the sake of its own. Not all exercises are covered, but this is the best starting point I have found. I think occasionally doing this sort of high rep challenge can work if you’re trying to break a plateau or just for fun, but I wouldn’t do it on the regular. In my opinion yoga practiced for strength/mobility is simply another form of fitness, and a flow consisting of challenging moves (planches, hollowback pushups etc) really seems a different way of practicing calisthenics.
